Q: What dates can I join a LIABP Tour in Ios 2023?
A: For summer 2023 we are operating our Tours in Ios from June 1 – August 31. We can assist you with flight / ferry options with your package or you can arrange your own travel to Ios and choose the dates that suit with the Hotel Package. By choosing a LIABP Tour you get to enjoy all the crazy moments with LIABP :)
Q: What is included in the Ios 2023 Hotel Package?
A: Travellers who book the Ios 2023 Hotel Package can include a flight / ferry option or arrange their own transport to Ios. Included in the Hotel Package is all nights accommodation at a selected partner hotel (LIABP Party Hotel or nearby budget hotel partner), free transfers from the port & free LIABP wristbands which give you discounts to the best bars, clubs, restaurants & water sports in Ios!
Q: Can I book other summer tours to destinations like Magaluf or Ayia Napa?
A: We have decided to focus our efforts during summer in Ios / Greece to improve the ultimate party experience. However, if you are a group of 20 people or more, we can organize a party trip to any destination in Europe you choose!
Q: Can I book just events instead of the Hotel package?
A: Yes, we offer the LIABP party package with wristbands for those who prefer to book your own accommodation in Ios. You still get the benefits of booking with LIABP including events, group activities & discounts at many of the best partner venues in Ios.
Q: What is included in the Ios 2023 Party Package?
A: Travellers who have already booked their hotel in Ios can choose to book the Ios 2023 Party Package. Q: How do I collect my LIABP Party Package with wristbands?
A: We will be in touch with you prior to your arrival in Ios & on most occasions we recommend to collect your wristbands from the LIABP Party Hotel on the first evening upon arriving in Ios (location of our pre-drinks prior to nightly Pub Crawls + Pool Parties)
Q: Do I need to buy the wristbands if I have already booked a Hotel Package with LIABP?
A: No, all Hotel/Party packages in Ios automatically come with the Premium Party Package with wristband. You will receive your wristband when checking into your selected LIABP partner hotel & added to our fb messenger group chat.
Q: What hotels do LIABP offer?
A: LIABP have a number of Hotel partners in Ios which include our premium LIABP Party Hotel option, two villa options & several nearby budget hotel partners. For further details check out our offers or email us
Q: What events will LIABP be doing in 2023?
A: LIABP guarantees that our travellers have the best possible experience in Ios. Our Ios 2023 Tour dates are based around 'Swedish Midsummer', 'Australia Day', 'Irish Day', 'One Love' as well as our annual 'Norwegian Invasion'. We will also be organizing other big events at FarOut Beach Club, LIABP Pool Parties, Jet Boat tours & Pub Crawls in Ios.
Q: How old do I have to be to book with LIABP?
A: We prefer our travellers with the LIABP Tour Group to be at least 18 years old by the time the Tour date commences. However, we will allow a friend of a group travelling with the LIABP Tour Group to travel if they are 17 years old by the time the Tour date commences. ALL 17 year-old travellers MUST sign a consent form from their parents or legal guardian :)
Q: Do I need travel insurance to book & travel with LIABP?
A: Yes, we require all groups to have their own individual travel insurance policy to be part of our events / activities for Ios 2023. See our terms for further details.
Q: What payment and deposit plans are available with LIABP?
A: You must pay a deposit amount of 70 EUR per person via PayPal in EUR to confirm your reservation with LIABP. The remaining payment in EUR is required to be paid one month prior to your stay in Ios 2023.
Q: How do I pay the remaining balance?
A: We offer flexible payment options via PayPal & Bank Transfer (IBAN required within EU region). Depending on your package the remaining balance is usually required to be paid one month prior to your stay in Ios 2023.
Q: When should I expect to receive a booking confirmation?
A: We generally send an official booking confirmation document within 24-48 hours of booking & deposit payment being received. This process can be delayed slightly for peak season dates closer to the season, however if we notice any problems with hotel availability for your selected dates we will notify you via email.
Q: What happens if my ferry is delayed or cancelled?
A: Once we have your ferry arrival information (arrival time & vessel name) we usually track it online to check accurate arrival times & ensure your transfer is there waiting for you on arrival. We understand ferry cancellations or schedule changes can happen, which means you could potentially miss a night in Ios, and in most cases we do not charge you for the night’s accommodation missed in Ios.
Q: Is it possible to change my booking?
A: In most cases yes! We do not charge any admin fees to change or modify our Hotel / Party packages in Ios. However, if you booked flights or ferries via our third-party travel consultant in Greece, please keep in mind you are subject to the terms of the airline & ferry company regarding any changes or cancellations.
Q: What are the terms & conditions if I decide to cancel my booking with LIABP?
A: See the Terms & Conditions for full explanation of cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 30 days from the initial booking (cooling-off period) paid via PayPal, you will get a full refund via PayPal. If you cancel after 30 days from the initial booking (cooling-off period) you will lose the deposit paid via PayPal. Any Flight/Ferry packages are strictly non-refundable & non-changeable via an external third-party travel consultant in Greece :)
