1. ALL TRAVELLING PERSON/S ON LIABP TOURS 2024 MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONSENT & DISCLAIMER:
All travellers on LIABP Tours 2024 are over the age of 18 years of age as of the 01/05/2024.
LIABP Tours 2024 may allow travellers who are over the age of 17 years of age as of the 01/05/2023 with the following:
Must travel as part of a group with LIABP Tours 2024 with other travellers who are 18 years or older.
Must have a signed consent/permission document from the traveller’s parent/s or legal guardian/s.
All travellers must hold an individual travel insurance policy that covers the specific period & location of travel. The ‘group leader’, who is liable for the booking, confirms that through making a reservation either online on the website or via email have the authority to act on behalf of the group and that each member of the group has read and agreed to all relevant terms & conditions.
2. LIFE IS A BEACH PARTY PTY LTD IS NOT A LICENSED TRAVEL AGENT & DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS:
All complaints regarding flight cancellations or delays should be addressed with the airline company involved.
Life is a Beachparty Pty Ltd recommends all travellers purchase their own individual travel insurance policy. Individual insurance policies should cover this if in fact it does become an issue.
3. LIFE IS A BEACH PARTY PTY LTD WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HAPPENINGS THAT OCCUR WHILE ON TOUR WITH LIABP PACKAGES 2024:
Life is a Beachparty Pty Ltd has no obligations in regards to sexual, alcohol or drug abuse by its travellers.
Life is a Beachparty Pty Ltd will provide appropriate staff & due diligence to ensure safety of the Tour group at all times where possible.
Life is a Beachparty Pty Ltd where possible will have a first aid qualified staff member & assit with access to doctor/hospital facilities.
Life is a Beachparty Pty Ltd is strictly against the use of Drugs or Narcotics.
4. ALL TRAVELLERS MUST CONFIRM FULL IDENTIFICATION AT TIME OF BOOKING:
Travellers must provide full name as appears on their passport with correct email address &/or contact details.
5. IOS 2024 PACKAGE DETAILS:
All Ios 2024 packages will be Hotel Package only options (flights & ferries will only be included on a request basis via our registered travel consultant).
Ios 2024 packages are available on all dates between 01/05/2024 – 30/09/2024.
Individual Party Packages can be booked with & without Hotel Packages.
5.1 IOS 2024 HOTEL PACKAGE DETAILS:
All travellers who book a Ios 2024 Hotel Package must provide their own transportation to Ios (unless booked via our registered travel consultant).
Ios 2024 Hotel Packages are available between May 1st – September 30th, 2024.
Transfers (where applicable) to/from Ios port to the selected partner hotel.
All nights accommodation (minimum three nights stay) at selected partner hotel:

LIABP wristband which gives you discounts in the best bars, clubs, restaurants, LIABP Events and water sports in Ios.
5.2 IOS 2024 FLIGHT & FERRY PACKAGE DETAILS:
All flight & ferry package inclusions will be made on a request basis only.
All flight & ferry package inclusions will be made via an external third party registered travel consultant in Greece. All flights & ferries booked via the external third party registered travel consultant come with the following conditions:
All tickets booked are non-refundable.
All tickets booked are non-changeable.
All ticket prices are correct at time of quote.
All ticket prices cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received in full.
Once payment has been received, tickets will be issued immediately & sent to the nominated email address.
There is no refund available on flights or ferries.
Cancellation or delays in flights or ferries are to be addressed with the relevant airline or ferry companies or your own travel insurance policy.
Life is a Beachparty Pty Ltd is not responsible for booking or issuing tickets associated with flights or ferries and hence not held liable in any circumstance.
5.3 IOS 2023 PARTY PACKAGE DETAILS:
Party Package Ios 2024 include: 1 x LIABP wristband.
Access to all LIABP events, parties, pub crawls & assistance from LIABP Reps.
6. ADDITIONAL PACKAGES 2024 DETAILS:
All Additional 2024 packages will be Tour Package only options (flights will only be included on a request basis via our registered travel consultant).
Additional 2024 packages are available on all dates between 01/01/2024 – 31/12/2024.
6.1 ADDITIONAL 2024 PACKAGE DETAILS:
All travellers who book an Additional 2024 Package must provide their own transportation to the requested destination (unless booked via our registered travel consultant).
Additional 2024 Packages are available between January 1st – December 31st 2024.
Additional 2024 Packages may include but not limited to the following destinations:
Ayia Napa (Cyprus)
Magaluf (Spain)
Ibiza (Spain)
Cancun (Mexico)
Bali (Indonesia)
Phuket (Thailand)
Zante (Greece)
Greek island-hopping (Greece)
LIABP activities/inclusions as per Package offer.
6.2 ADDITIONAL 2024 FLIGHT PACKAGE DETAILS:

All flights booked via the external third party registered travel consultant come with the following conditions:
All tickets booked are non-refundable.

7. PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Bookings may be made online via our website booking system (www.lifeisabeachparty.com).
All other inquiries or reservations may be made via our office email (office@lifeisabeachparty.com).
Special or larger groups may be offered a discount at the discretion of LIABP Tours 2024.
A deposit of 50 EUR (minimum) per person is required to be paid to secure initial Hotel Package booking.
The remaining amount balance is to be paid in EUR to us via Bank Transfer or Stripe two (2) months prior to departure date to the selected LIABP Tour 2024.
A deposit must be paid to guarantee a Hotel Package booking with the selected hotel partner.
Traveller/s will then be sent a confirmation email with all booking information and other details needed.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation is allowed up until 60 days prior to travel for all summer Tours to Ios 2024.
Cancellation that occurs within 7 days of initial booking (cooling off period) will receive a full refund of the deposit paid via Stripe or Bank Transfer.
Cancellation that occurs after 7 days of initial booking (cooling off period) will lose the deposit paid (50 EUR per person).
Cancellation that occurs less than 60 days prior to travel to Ios 2024 with lose the full amount paid for the reservation.
Life is a Beachparty Pty Ltd reserves the right to the final decision on any cancellation.
9. FORCE MAJEURE EVENT:
In any event or circumstance that is beyond Life is a Beachparty Pty Ltd’s control, including but not limited to an act of God (such as earthquake, flood, fire, explosion, landslide, lightening, action of the elements, force of nature, washout, typhoon, hurricane, tsunami, storm or storm warning or natural disaster), industrial disputes, work ban or other labour dispute or difficulty, acts of terrorism, political unrest, war or threat of war, riots or civil strife, closure of airports or ports, pandemic or epidemic or health risk, governmental and administrative actions (including closure of borders and travel warnings and restrictions) then Life is a Beachparty Pty Ltd is not liable for any cancellation costs and Life is a Beachparty Pty Ltd reserves the right to the final decision on any refunds or credit or vouchers.
